We only collect information about you if you try or buy our service.
If you find us through Google, and then elect to try or buy our service, we may use (Google-provided) software to detect the way you found out about us (for example, to know which keywords you typed into Google to find us). If you find us through another search engine, a similar tracking mechanism may be used.
When you register to use the software, we collect an email address, the model of your phone, and a brief profile that you provide. We do not collect your Blackberry smartphone's phone number. We will use this information only to contact you about the service.
As you use the software, you may enter information to accomplish application-related tasks. For example, you may enter information about your customers including contact information and details about their invoices and payments. This information will wind up being stored on our servers (partly to allow us to do things like fax bills and partly to protect you in case your phone gets lost).
In any case, this information will not be shared with any third party without your approval. It will not be shown on the website except to users who login using your chosen email and password. If you send bills via email or fax, only the bill(s) you specify will be sent to the recipient(s) you specify. This is accomplished by encrypting the URL that our server uses to display a given bill (for example, it is virtually impossible for one of your customers to guess the URL of a bill sent to one of your other customers).
All transmissions of data to/from our server from/to your phone are encrypted.
Your information is stored on our server for the life of your subscription and approximately 90 days thereafter.
